Our Technological Highlights:

Automated Series Production

A large proportion of our turning centers are equipped with robotic handling or gantry loaders. This enables long, autonomous production runs and highly stable production with minimal manual intervention for maximum efficiency.

Fully Automated Production Lines

For your high-volume production runs, we rely on systems that operate completely without manual operator intervention. This level of autonomy ensures maximum process stability. Integrated in-process measurements ensure consistent quality throughout the entire production process.

Complexity Management

With multi-spindle technology and systems featuring up to 8 axes, we manufacture complex geometries. By completing the entire machining process in a single setup, we reduce manual re-clamping operations and increase the dimensional accuracy of your components.

Process-Integrated Finishing

With automated brushing stations and vibratory finishing systems, we achieve defined surface finishes and complete burr-free results directly following the machining process – for a perfect and clean final product.

The products shown – such as rotor shafts, axle journals and synchronizer rings – are examples of components we manufacture for the automotive sector. In principle, we manufacture any turned part, milled part or component according to your drawings – regardless of industry, from small to high-volume production runs.
