When Karl Georg Schobert started the production of turned parts nearly 60 years ago, he had probably no idea what the manufacturing of turned parts would be like today and what it would take to survive in the rapidly changing market of CNC-manufactured parts.
It was simply a totally different time. However, he deserves praise notably for having succeeded in arranging the succession within the family. Therefore, the second generation of the family has managed the business for many years and the third generation is already poised to take over the management.
